A memory-handling flaw in Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 lets the browser access objects that were either improperly allocated or already deleted. An attacker on the network can execute arbitrary code by getting a user to interact with crafted content, such as by visiting a malicious page, and no authentication is required.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 does not properly handle objects in memory, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by accessing an object that (1) was not properly allocated or (2) is deleted, as exploited in the wild in May 2013.
