InduSoft Web Studio NTWebServer Directory Traversal Vulnerability
InduSoft · Web Studio
The flaw is a directory traversal vulnerability in the NTWebServer component of InduSoft Web Studio (version 7.1 before SP2 Patch 4), which is a product from InduSoft. An attacker with network access to the web server can send unspecified web requests that let them read administrative passwords stored in APP files and, as a result, execute arbitrary code, requiring no authentication or user interaction.
Directory traversal vulnerability in NTWebServer in InduSoft Web Studio 7.1 before SP2 Patch 4 allows remote attackers to read administrative passwords in APP files, and consequently execute arbitrary code, via unspecified web requests.
