MikroTik Router OS Directory Traversal Vulnerability
MikroTik · RouterOS
A directory traversal flaw in the WinBox management interface of MikroTik RouterOS, affecting versions through 6.42, lets attackers escape the intended directory structure when accessing files. An unauthenticated attacker with network access to WinBox can read arbitrary files, while a remote attacker who has authenticated can write arbitrary files, with no user interaction required.
MikroTik RouterOS through 6.42 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read arbitrary files and remote authenticated attackers to write arbitrary files due to a directory traversal vulnerability in the WinBox interface.
