D-Link DCS-2530L and DCS-2670L Command Injection Vulnerability

D-Link · DCS-2530L and DCS-2670L Devices

Summary

The D-Link DCS-2530L and DCS-2670L camera devices contain a command injection flaw in the cgi-bin/ddns_enc.cgi component, a CGI script that fails to neutralise special elements passed into system commands. An attacker who holds valid credentials and can reach the device over the network can inject operating system commands through this script, without requiring any user interaction.

Official description · NVD

An issue was discovered on D-Link DCS-2530L before 1.06.01 Hotfix and DCS-2670L through 2.02 devices. cgi-bin/ddns_enc.cgi allows authenticated command injection.
