The flaw is an authentication bypass in the REST API of Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) before build 11302, where a few REST-API URLs can be reached without authentication. An attacker with network access to the product can reach those unauthenticated endpoints directly, with no credentials and no user interaction required.
