Aviatrix · Aviatrix Controller

Summary

The flaw is an unrestricted file upload with a dangerous file type in the Aviatrix Controller product, affecting the 6.x releases prior to 6.5-1804.1922. Its file-handling path can be abused through directory traversal to write and run attacker-supplied code. An attacker needs only network access to the controller, with no authentication or user interaction required.

Official description · NVD

An issue was discovered in Aviatrix Controller 6.x before 6.5-1804.1922. Unrestricted upload of a file with a dangerous type is possible, which allows an unauthenticated user to execute arbitrary code via directory traversal.
