Synacor Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) Command Injection Vulnerability

Synacor · Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS)

Summary

A flaw in the Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) 8.8.15 and 9.0 lets memcache commands be injected because input is not properly escaped before reaching the memcache layer. An unauthenticated remote attacker with network access, requiring no user interaction and no special configuration, can inject arbitrary memcache commands into a targeted instance, overwriting arbitrary cached entries.

Official description · NVD
