Summary

The flaw is a deserialization of untrusted data weakness in Zoho ManageEngine Password Manager Pro (before build 12101) and PAM360 (before build 5510), which enables remote code execution. An attacker with network access can exploit it without authentication or user interaction to run code on the affected server; the same issue also affects ManageEngine Access Manager Plus before build 4303, where exploitation requires authentication.
