CWP Control Web Panel OS Command Injection Vulnerability
CWP · Control Web Panel
The flaw is an OS command injection vulnerability in the login/index.php component of CWP (Control Web Panel, also known as CentOS Web Panel) 7. An attacker who can reach the login page remotely, without authentication or user interaction, can execute arbitrary OS commands by supplying shell metacharacters in the login parameter.
login/index.php in CWP (aka Control Web Panel or CentOS Web Panel) 7 before 0.9.8.1147 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands via shell metacharacters in the login parameter.
