A flaw in the General component of Oracle APEX allows an attacker to compromise the product, with the affected versions listed as 24.1.0 through 24.1.21, 24.2.0 through 24.2.20, and 26.1.0 through 26.1.4. An unauthenticated attacker with network access over HTTPS can exploit it easily, with no user interaction required, and a successful attack can result in full takeover of Oracle APEX.
