IBM Langflow Code Injection Vulnerability
IBM · Langflow
IBM Langflow OSS versions 1.0.0 through 1.10.0 contain a code injection flaw in which the /api/v1/validate/code endpoint executes user-supplied code via exec(). An unauthenticated attacker with network access to a default Langflow deployment can chain this with the /api/v1/auto_login endpoint, which issues SUPERUSER tokens to any network caller, to achieve full remote code execution without authentication or user interaction.
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.0 allows unauthenticated attackers to chain /api/v1/auto_login (mints SUPERUSER tokens to any network caller) with /api/v1/validate/code (executes user code via exec()) to achieve full RCE on default Langflow deployments

How an attack unfolds
Based on MITRE ATT&CKA public catalogue of the techniques attackers use, maintained by MITRE. Patchfirst uses it to describe what attackers do with a vulnerability. mappings. Select a step to see the evidence.Exploitation timelineDated milestones for a CVE: when it was disclosed, when exploit code became public, when exploitation was confirmed, and when threat reports named it.
First seen exploited 18 days after disclosure. Public exploit code (Metasploit) was available the same day.
CISA KEV listing is when exploitation was confirmed, not necessarily the first attack.
