Apple iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS Wallet Code Execution Vulnerability

Apple · iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS

Summary

A validation flaw in the Wallet component of Apple iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS allows improper handling of input. A maliciously crafted attachment processed by the affected Wallet functionality can lead to arbitrary code execution, and an attacker would need a local presence with the user required to take action, such as opening the crafted attachment, and no prior authentication.
